How to Catch a Leprechaun

Here we are all dressed in green, investigating the leprechaun traps this morning. I thought we had a pretty good chance of catching a leprechaun but forgot how mischievous they are! Ask your child what happened to our room this morning. :) 

Though we did not actually catch a leprechaun, there were many clues. We were led on a leprechaun hunt around the school, following all the clues, until we arrived back at our classroom where we found a leprechaun's pot with a rainbow and surprise! 

The Kindergarten class was very interested in our traps. We enjoyed sharing them and telling them all about how they work! We are keeping our traps at school for one more day while we finish our instruction book.

Finally, we grew Leprechauns! After 14 days of growing, our leprechaun has a nice head of green hair. :)
