We talked a lot this past week about Giving Thanks. Students could easily name what they were thankful for. On the top of the list: Mom, Dad, other family members, and pets. We are exploring the theme of gratitude all month. We have a new sign in our class that reminds us to be grateful. Each day one student will decide what we should write on the sign. Also, 1K will be singing a song of thanks at the Oct. 24th Assembly with their Gr. 3 buddies. Mark your calendar! And finally, check out 'The Thankful Tree' near the stairs. Everyone in the school helped make it! We have So Much to be Thankful for! Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend celebrating our many blessings with family and friends!
