In the Classroom:
ELA: Daily 5, Review of all blue words, Penguins! We will begin a month long study of Penguins, reading both fiction and non-fiction books, researching and creating. Students will be doing some very exciting Penguin projects in the weeks to come!
Math: Subtraction, 100th Day of School: We will have a day long celebration of numbers to 100 on this landmark day. Students will be asked to bring in 100 items for our 100 museum. Look for the note on Tuesday! It will look similar to this:
Science: Creating Colour. This week we will learn about chromatography! We will also begin a cross-curricular Animal study on Penguins. :)
