Tuesday: No Library, Book Fair
Wednesday: Leprechaun Traps due, Student-led Conferences 4-7pm, Book Fair
Thursday: St. Patrick's Day, Spelling Bee, Books and Beads
Friday: Assembly 8:45am, Hot Lunch order due, Pretzel Sale $2
* A rainbow lunch is a lunch that includes items from each of the 4 food groups. For each day a student brings a rainbow lunch his/her name will be entered into a draw for a prize. We will be checking for rainbow lunch all week!

In the Classroom:
ELA: Writing about our Leprechaun Traps, practicing words for Spelling Bee, Penguin Research
Math: Adding and Subtracting practice, Horse Race dice game
Science: Penguin Research, Growing 'Leprechaun Hair' and observations, presenting building project (Leprechaun Trap)
Social: Traditions
Health: Much thanks to Tenille the Dental Hygienist who came last week to teach us all about dental health. She brought goody bags for everyone and left us with some great tips for taking good care of our teeth.
1. Brush twice a day for 2 mins
2. Use a circular motion: "In the front, in the back, and where you chew your food."
3. Floss
