In the Classroom

ELA

4 blue words, Reading groups, Daily 5. Students are working on a penguin research book, as well as a Fictional book study on Tacky the Penguin. We will begin writing our own story based on the book, Lost and Found.

Math

We have been studying Addition strategies and using strategies to solve Addition problems. This week, we will use strategies to solve Subtraction problems.

Science

 A mix of science this week including Making Rainbows, Planting seeds and Growing Leprechaun hair, and our first building project. Students are so excited about building their traps!
